GUIDELINES OF WORKER REGISTRATION

Worker Registration

Ø Home Page  http://bocw.punjab.gov.in

Ø Click on new worker online registration button

Ø Fill worker registration, form 28.

Ø Red star marked blanks are mandatory

Ø Mandatory document

·        Upload  Scanned Copy of Aadhaar Card

·        Upload  Scanned Copy of Bank Passbook

·        Upload  Scanned Copy proof of employment form no 27 or self- declaration attested by M.C or Village Sarpanch

·        Upload  Scanned Copy of Nominee Form

·        Upload your signature and thumb impression

Ø Click on preview and verify details in the form filled by you & sign it,than Upload it.

Ø After preview detail, click on save  

Ø Once application filled successfully then pay your registration fee

PAYMENT OF CONTRIBUTION AND REGISTRATION FEE

Payment of registration and contribution fees(offilne/online mode)

Ø Choose the payment mode

Ø Choose online or offline  mode

a)     For Online mode

§  Choose net banking option, like- debit card , credit card, internet banking

§  Successfull transaction sms sent on mobile

b)    For Offline mode

§  Download the Challan Form and paste the Bank payment Deposite voucher and upload it, enter banking detail where fees is deposited than click on continue

§  enter date and amount

Ø Click on save button

Ø After verification by Registering Officer  you will get message regarding Registration or rejection of your application with reason.

Ø If your application is rejected than remove the objection & again upload the requirments as demanded by the Registering Officer and wait for message.

Ø If you get S.M.S regarding approval of application than download your ID card & Registration Certificate.
